General provisions a) These Terms set out the rules for using the online application dcr-online.com, which allows creating and displaying currency boards on various devices. b) The service provider and seller is: BILTEC Paweł Bilewicz Address: ul. Fiołkowa 11, 55-080 Smolec, Poland VAT ID: 8992398196 E-mail: contact@dcr-online.com c) Contact with the Service Provider is possible by e-mail at the address indicated above. 2. Scope and conditions of service provision a) The application allows users to: - create currency boards, - edit appearance (colors, sizes, order), - display boards on various devices. b) Access to the application requires registration and login to a user account. c) Creating an account is free of charge. d) The first 30 days of using the application are free. After this period, use of the services is subject to fees in accordance with the price list available on the application’s website. 3. Payment terms a) Services are billed in a subscription model – a monthly fee payable in arrears (at the end of the usage month). b) Payments are made exclusively by logged-in users via the payment operator. c) Failure to pay on time may result in blocking access to the application. 4. Right of withdrawal and termination of services a) The user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. b) Exercising the right of withdrawal is done by deleting the account in the application or sending a statement by e-mail to the Service Provider: contact@dcr-online.com. c) The first 30 days of use are free of charge. During this period, withdrawal does not involve any costs. d) After the free period, the user may terminate the use of the application at any time. Termination does not release the user from the obligation to pay for the period during which the account was active and the service available. e) Refunds are not granted for periods already used. In the event of technical problems preventing the use of the application for more than 24 hours due to the Service Provider’s fault, the user is entitled to a proportional reduction of the subscription fee. 5. Complaints and refunds a) If the application does not function for more than 24 hours for reasons attributable to the Service Provider, the user is entitled to a proportional reduction of the subscription fee for that month. b) Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: contact@dcr-online.com. c) The complaint should contain user identification details and a description of the issue raised. d) The Service Provider processes complaints within 14 days of receipt. 6. Technical requirements a) To use the application, it is required to have: - internet access, - an up-to-date web browser, - a device capable of displaying boards (monitor, TV, tablet, computer). b) The application uses cookies necessary for the functioning of the user account. 7. Personal data a) The administrator of users’ personal data is the Service Provider. b) Data is processed for the purpose of providing electronic services, processing payments, and maintaining the account. c) Detailed rules for data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy. 8. Final provisions a) The Terms of Service are available on the application’s website. b) The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms in the event of changes in the law or changes in the functionality of the application. c) Users will be informed of any changes to the Terms at least 14 days in advance. d) For matters not regulated in the Terms, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
